You need a valid driving licence, government-issued photo ID, and one address proof. Originals must be presented at pickup.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes, a refundable security deposit is required. The amount varies by bike (₹800 – ₹2,500). It is returned on safe return of the vehicle.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup receive an 80% refund. Same-day cancellations may not be eligible.
What if the bike breaks down during my trip?
Call our 24/7 helpline immediately. We will arrange a replacement bike or assist with roadside help as quickly as possible.
Do you offer monthly rental plans?
